Security
AudText uses layered controls to protect the upload and transcription flow, while no internet service can promise absolute security.
Encrypted transport
The public site uses HTTPS so files and results are encrypted while travelling between your browser and AudText. HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.
Upload handling
Uploads are processed in non-public temporary locations. Raw files are removed after processing and are not exposed through indexed result pages.
Application controls
File extensions, sizes and request origins are validated. Security headers restrict framing, content types and unnecessary browser permissions.
Safe use
Do not upload media when you lack permission or when the sensitivity of the material requires a contractually controlled environment. Report security concerns through the contact page without including exploit payloads or confidential recordings.
